What You Will Explore:

• Awakening the Sensual Body: We will begin with a warm-up that connects you deeply to your body, using breathwork and Kundalini dance to awaken your senses and ignite your inner fire. This is a time to let go of inhibitions and fully embrace the pleasure of being in your body.

• Embodying Aphrodite’s Light and Shadow: Through creative movement and dance, you will embody both the light and shadow aspects of Aphrodite's symbolism. You will explore her joy, beauty, and love, as well as her challenges, such as managing intense emotions, navigating relationships, and transforming erotic power into artistic expression.

• Reflecting on Personal Growth: We will explore Aphrodite’s mythological challenges for Psyche, which offer profound lessons for our own lives. You will engage in symbolic tasks that mirror these challenges, allowing you to sort through conflicting feelings, find strength in vulnerability, and cultivate a deeper understanding of your desires and boundaries.

What You Will Experience:

• A Sacred Circle of Connection: We will begin by creating a shared symbolic space inspired by the themes of Aphrodite’s story. You are welcome to bring a meaningful object that represents love, beauty, pleasure, creativity, connection, self-worth, or another quality you wish to explore. In the opening circle, you will have the opportunity to share your intention and connect with others through a collective journey of self-discovery.

• Transformative Dance and Embodiment: Through guided exercises, you will explore the symbolic energy of Aphrodite, learning how to express your sensuality, navigate your emotions, and honor your desires in a healthy and empowering way. This is a space to play, create, and rediscover your capacity for love and beauty.

• Personal Reflection and Dialogue: As we conclude, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your experiences and share your insights. This dialogue will help you integrate what you have learned and carry the insights and embodied awareness from the journey into your daily life.
