Before submitting your application, please take a moment to read our Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy carefully.
By applying for any Session,Training, Retreat, Immersion or Journey organized by Archetypes in Motion, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Registration & Deposit
To reserve your place, a non-refundable deposit is required after acceptance into the program.
The deposit amount and payment details will be specified for each individual session, training, retreat, immersion or journey.
Your place is confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
Remaining Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the program begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If applying within 30 days of the start date, full payment is required upon confirmation.
Payment plans may be available upon request.
Failure to complete payments on time may result in cancellation of your participation.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellation by Participant
More than 30 days before the start date
Payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
The deposit may be transferred toward a future training, retreat, immersion or journey within 12 months.
No refunds are available.
However, depending on the situation, you may:
transfer your place to another person
transfer to a future program
receive partial credit toward a future experience
All transfers are subject to approval by the organizer.
If you leave or withdraw after the program has started, no refund will be issued.
Accommodation Payments
For residential retreats, immersions or journeys where accommodation is booked separately through a retreat center, villa or hotel partner, accommodation payments follow the cancellation policy of the accommodation provider.
Participants are responsible for reviewing those terms before booking.
Program Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, activities, facilitators, locations or program flow when necessary due to:
group dynamic
weather conditions
safety considerations
local ceremonies or cultural events
availability of teachers, artists, healers or venues
unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Any changes will always be made with care and in the best interest of the overall experience.
Event Cancelation
In the unlikely event that a session,training, retreat, immersion or journey must be cancelled or postponed by the organizer, participants will be informed as soon as possible and offered:
alternative dates
transfer to another program
or refund of payments made (excluding non-refundable deposits and digital products already accessed)
The organizer is not responsible for additional travel expenses, accommodation costs, flight changes or other external expenses incurred by participants.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, such as war, natural disasters, pandemics, or other calamities that jeopardise the execution of an event, course, or program, the organisation reserves the right to postpone the activity.
If such a situation arises:
Participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative dates for the course or program.
The organization is not liable for any travel expenses or other costs incurred by participants as a result of these changes.
Event Cancellation
We reserve the rights to cancel the events if there will not be enough participants. In the unlikely event that a course is canceled, we will arrange another opportunity for you to participate and will request your availability. If you’re unable to attend, all payments, minus non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
Travel expenses, including flights, transportation, and accommodation, are the individual’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed. We encourage you to purchase Travel Cancellation Insurance.
Delayed Flights and Travel
In case of delays affecting attendance due to travel issues, such as flight cancellations, the organizer will not cover any costs associated with lost time. Participants must notify the organization of any late arrivals.
Declined Entry to the Country
If a participant is unable to enter the country due to immigration issues (e.g., expired visas or missing documents), the organizer will not refund any costs incurred prior to that date. The organizer is also not financially responsible if the participant must return home due to entry problems.
Injuries and Illness
Should you experience any injuries or illness, the organizer will provide basic first aid supplies and guidance for seeking further medical assistance. Participants are responsible for bringing personal medications and must seek professional healthcare when necessary. Any health-related treatment costs (e.g., doctor visits, hospital fees, physiotherapy, medications) will be borne by the participant or their personal insurance.
Liability Waiver
The organizer is not liable for any injury, death, accident, illness, delay, loss of personal belongings, theft, or damage caused by participants. Participants should safeguard their belongings and respect the well-being of themselves and others. Anyone with health concerns should consult their physician before participating.
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance that covers health, loss, and damages to personal belongings, as the organizer will not be responsible for ensuring participants have insurance coverage.
Video and Photography Release
Photos and videos may be taken during the training for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform me in advance. If you do not opt out, you consent to the use of this material by the organizer for promotional and marketing content.
