CONTENT - LIST OF WORKSHOP SESSIONS
Introduction + Survivor's archetype: Inner Child
Join me for an engaging first meeting where you'll get a feel for the program and how we work together.
We’ll begin with a brief guided mindful movement warm-up, followed by an exciting exploration as you embody a randomly chosen archetype. As I introduce you to the year-long program, I’ll share essential guidelines for selecting your personal archetypes, provide thought-provoking questions for reflection, and guide you in creating your "personal journal," which will serve as a map of your soul. I’ll also point you to additional resources to help you on this journey.
In this session, we’ll also connect with your most audible inner child. We'll explore the question, "What is my dream?"—a question your inner child often asks. How often do we forget the importance of keeping our dreams alive and giving ourselves permission to follow them?
Through playful movement games and dance, we’ll discover whether your inner child is eternal, innocent, wounded, magical, divine, natural, abandoned, or perhaps a "parent" child. From there, we’ll embark on an inward journey to meet your inner sovereign, who will guide your inner child towards responsibility while preserving that genuine innocence.
VIDEO TUTORIAL: EMBODIMENT OF INNER CHILD
Exploring the archetype of a child is a journey that teach us about responsibility and innocence.
Survivor's Archetypes : Negotiator (Prostitute) & Victim
Personal journey to establish your Lover & Warrior
Do you ever feel like certain parts of your life are slipping out of your control? Or that something or someone is threatening your happiness and peace? Do you find yourself believing that others, or life itself, owe you something? These feelings often signal the presence of the victim archetype, which can help you learn to set and protect your personal boundaries.
When you're constantly feeling tired, unsupported, or down, and believe your complaints are justified, the victim archetype is at play. In this workshop, we'll use movement games and dance to first connect with the victim archetype, allowing you to understand its influence on your life. Then, we'll embark on an inward journey to awaken your inner warrior, who will empower the victim with positive energy, courage, and strength.
We’ll also explore the negotiator archetype, tapping into the power of negotiation and seduction—forces that can sometimes lead us away from our true path and dreams, testing our integrity. Guided by the question, "What do I feel?" we'll work to embody the inner lover, who teaches us the art of surrender while maintaining an unwavering faith in ourselves and our journey.
Join us to rediscover your strength, set new boundaries, and reclaim your path with confidence and grace.
Survivor's Archetype : Saboteur
Embark on a Personal Journey to Unleash Your Inner Magician
Join me for an enlightening workshop where you'll delve into the saboteur archetype—that inner voice that challenges your thoughts on success and tests the strength of your confidence. Through dynamic embodiment exercises, we'll bring this archetype to life, allowing you to recognize and understand its influence.
But the journey doesn't stop there. We'll guide you inward to awaken your inner Magician, the master of illusions who empowers you to transcend the negative facets of the saboteur. With the Magician's wisdom, you'll learn to transform chaos into clarity, paving a purposeful path forward.
Come ready to explore, dance, and discover the magic within you!

Embodiment of Wild Archetypes
Trickster, Wizard, Inventor, Improviser, Vampire, Shape-Shifter, Beggar, Addict, Thief
Explore the Enigmatic Archetypes: Unlock Their Hidden Power
What do archetypes like the Trickster, Wizard, Inventor, Improviser, Vampire, and Shape-Shifter have in common? They embody immutability, madness, intensity, special powers, magnetism—and a natural defiance of social norms. These are the non-conformists, the ones who challenge the status quo.
There are times in life when we find ourselves dreaming, fantasizing, and "enchanting" our reality. We feel the power of our words like spells, watch the world unfold in unexpected ways, and marvel at the chaos and wonder of life. We are amazed, sometimes feeling deceived—yet we, too, play tricks on others, often without even realizing it.
In this workshop, we'll delve into these mysterious archetypes. Though they may seem intimidating at first, with their seemingly negative charge, we'll explore how their positive qualities can be harnessed and turned into powerful allies through embodiment.
We'll also explore the Beggar, Addict, and Thief archetypes—figures that represent extremism, lack of self-control, and imbalance in the cycle of giving and receiving. There are times in life when everything feels like too much—we overindulge, we overspend, we overwork, and we rely too heavily on luck instead of effort.
Join me to discover the hidden strengths within these archetypes and learn how to transform their energy into powerful forces for personal growth and balance. Embrace the magic, intensity, and transformative power of these archetypes as we journey together to unlock their secrets and bring them into harmony with your life.
Embodiment of Power Animals
Through guided warm-up and a meditative dance ritual, we will intuitively choose the Power Animal that will accompany us as we dance so that we can truly express our praise to Life, our Wild Nature and our temple - the body.
Dear Sandra, thank you for today's unforgettable dance experience! ❤ To be a Butterfly, to be Joy, to have wings with which you fly freely, to have tentacles with which you feel everything and a sucker with which you give yourself only the sweetest.

Embodiment of Action Archetypes
Hero, Gambler, Rebel, Destroyer, Detective, Midas, Liberator, Advocate, Avenger, Pioneer
What do the Hero, Gambler, Rebel, Destroyer, and Detective archetypes have in common?
They are united by strong will and courage, explosive energy, sharp intuition, instinctive responses, and the ability to keenly observe their surroundings. These archetypes embody the active male principle, the yang, which drives action and determination to achieve results.
On the other hand, the Midas, Liberator, Advocate, and Avenger archetypes reflect the intense duality in how we perceive reality. These are the archetypes that seize control of their destiny, shaping their world through active responses to life's challenges. They are driven by deep inner motivations—whether it’s greed, arrogance, surrendering to external forces, or a relentless pursuit of total freedom, extreme compassion, justice, or even acts of vengeance to balance wrongdoings.
Join me to explore the dynamic energy of these archetypes, uncovering how they influence our actions and shape our reality. Through this journey, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how these powerful forces operate within us, driving our choices and propelling us toward our goals. EMBODIMENT OF GREEK GODESSESS
Let’s research, play and embody Greek Goddesses:
Artemis: Goddess of the Hunt and Moon;
Athena: Goddess of Wisdom and Crafts;
Hestia: Goddess of the Heart and temple;
Hera: Goddess of Marriage and Commitment;
Demeter:Goddess of Grain;
Perspehone: The Queen of the Underworld
Aphrodite: Godess of Love and Beauty.
Join me as we take a leap into the world of myths, using them as powerful tools to gain deeper insights into our true nature. As renowned author Jean Shinoda Bolen beautifully puts it: “The more complicated the woman, the more likely that many Goddesses are active within her. What fulfills one part of her may be meaningless to another.”
In this workshop, we'll explore the rich tapestry of goddess archetypes that live within each of us. Every woman possesses unique "goddess-given" gifts that, once discovered, can be embraced with gratitude. But along with these gifts come challenges—goddess-given liabilities that must be recognized and overcome for true transformation to occur.
By becoming aware of the archetypal patterns that influence your life, you can begin to live with greater intention and purpose. When you sense a mythic dimension in your journey, that awareness can ignite your deepest creative centers, inspiring you to live a life that truly reflects who you are.
Come explore the mythic dimensions within you and discover how these timeless stories can guide you toward a more fulfilling, conscious life.
"Of all things in life, I miss dancing the most, free, with carefully chosen music and in good company. Sandra, what a courage, we need this work more than we realize. I find it great that you have highlighted the sub-aspects. At my age, I can say that I have experienced and transcended the workings of all seven selected archetypes - aspects of myself that we can see as the seven goddesses because I have a full, intense life. The old Wise Woman is waiting for me, which I am preparing for. With all respect. Last night seemed to me the right measure of presentation and practice. To allow ourselves playfulness and insight.Designing altars is a very nice gesture. It is too precious to me to have met young, beautiful women; each with its own story and presence.Sincerity, beauty and vulnerability. Circle of support and contact with earth and sky, elements. Voice. Confidence in the workings of femininity, because somehow you know that everyone will take care of something. Seeing a danced out body, Sandra, is a particularly beautiful experience. Thank you!
Ljoba Jenče - artist, singer and collector of Slovenian folk songs
"New insights were born within me with your explanation of individual Goddess traits, related to the archetypes and behavior of each goddess. I recognized my behavior patterns in many Goddesses and got a good explanation and connection to why it works that way. Through the explanation of the properties of Goddesses I realized that these characteristics are somehow predetermined by the birth of inner Goddess. The most interesting thing for me is, that we can transcend these patterns and call in another Goddess when we want:) I recommend Embodying of Greek Goddesses Workshop to every woman to recognize her female qualities and to get to know the dormant goddesses, to if necessary, activate them. In this way, woman can get to know each other better and see how many possibilities still exist on our path and how simple it is to be what we want and to attract into our lives what we desire to enrich our lives on all levels."
Lucija Poličnik - surveyor/ counselor,U2 & Reiki master & Angel therapist and Instructor of skiing
"It was wonderful. The ambience is magical, the lighting effects perfectly ordered (moon - beauty) along with the weather, not to mention the animals at all. The big ones have a nice sound effect, and the small ones touch us as kindness therapy ...
What did the Goddesses do with me and me with them:
My intention was for each to contribute what I need at this current time. I didn’t focus on the individual ones because I didn't feel that way.
I had some cleaning today. Maybe they did a good job ...
And Sandra, I tell you that this facilitating job is written on your skin. I had a great time.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the whole team for being unique.
Mateja Velikonja
"Quite a few of these AHA moments were stringed while listening, and then at home. I see that I don't lack ideas, but it's hard to get them - I give birth to the world. I look ugly at Aphrodite, who creates everything so easily, and I understand my anger at her. This light-hearted attitude of hers would come in handy for me too. Hera is not very close to me, with her unconditional love for Zeus. It’s interesting how I recognize Greek Goddesses in the real people I have around me and see where we get stuck in our relationships. All aspects are mine, I live everything, each of the Goddesses has a place in me, Hestia burns the fire of purification and opens space for new possibilities, Athena seeks formal knowledge, walks to university, learns to live in this world of rules and likes structure, Demeter spends the days in the garden, talks to the Wind, rustling in the treetops, soaks naked in the flowing River, lets the fish caress her body, sits on a stump and watches the squirrels play, and fights wildly to keep her piece of green paradise clean and non-toxic. Artemis responds when special knowledge is required, such as from experience not written in letters and words. Which we recognize in dance, body movement, touch ... which in a way just fall into us, as if an ancient record is awakened in the cells. Persephone teaches me about shadows, about my underworld, those sides of myself that the world / I do not accept that are “dark and gloomy”. I’m glad she dives into these abysses in cyclical rhythms, and pulls everything repressed into the light out of them. Aphrodite and Hera are a little foreign to me, so I tried to embody them with dance. But I see that an additional dance class will be needed. We’ll see what else Persephone brings from the cold tunnels of the underworld. A job in the hardcore industry, experience and everything else trained me to look at things very rationally, intellectually, I count everything. I leave very, very little space for the voice of the heart. It’s like living in two worlds, one where Athens is the only and main one, the other where everyone else is dancing. And if I wanted something for myself, it was for everyone else to have more time, more of my attention, and more opportunities to express themselves in the world. Sandra thank you for your presentation, for your presence, for the dance.Thank you, really from the heart."

Creative Embodiment of Women Archetypes
These are the excerpts from the premiere of the performance DANCING MYTHS. I choreographed it in collaboration with Brazilian artist Hugo Leonardo Silva and it represents the embodiment of interplay between light and shadow aspects of women archetypes.
Embodiment of Divine Archetypes
Monk, Nun, Exorcist, Shaman, Priest, Martyr, Samaritan, Missionary, Angel,God, Messiah
Do you believe in magical beings—elves, dwarves, good fairies? These creatures, with their special powers and unique ways of living, have long captured our imagination. Whether they truly exist is beside the point. What matters is the power of human imagination to create, connect, and focus on the world beyond our everyday perception.
In this workshop, we’ll explore divine archetypes that have a special relationship with the sacred, the cosmic, and the heavenly. How can we embody the archetypes of a monk, nun, exorcist, shaman, priest, martyr, samaritan, missionary, angel, god, and messiah? These archetypes might seem ancient and distant from our modern lives, but they are deeply rooted in our cellular memory, carrying a wisdom that resonates within us all.
Join me as we dive into these powerful archetypes, surprising ourselves with the dances they invite us to perform. Together, we'll explore how these timeless patterns of behavior can guide us, connect us to the divine, and enrich our lives in unexpected ways.
Embodiment of Healing Archetypes
Healer, Rescuer, Servant, Caregiver and Companion
“I think that healing has to do with becoming whole. It has to do with integration, which has to do with acknowledging aspects of your physical, emotional, and artistic self and being able to apply what you have learned to your everyday life. That is healing.” Anna Halprin
Dance is a gift that ignites the spirit, awakening and renewing the vital energy within us. It has the power to uplift our mood, ease depression, and enhance self-esteem, as research has shown when guided by skilled professionals. In this workshop, we will delve into the healing power of movement by embodying archetypes such as the healer, rescuer, servant, caregiver, and companion. We will focus on the dynamic exchange of energy and the creative expression that allows you to move authentically, reflecting your true feelings and experiences in the moment.
We will explore and adapt various dance forms and structures to release tension and help you find ease in your own movement. Healing sounds, music, rhythmic instruments, foot stomping, hand-clapping, laughter, and vocalizing will be our tools for expressing and releasing deep-seated emotional blockages.
Dance is movement, and movement is the essence of transformation. As you move your body—feeling the pull of gravity, yielding and resisting—you will uncover your strength, embrace your vulnerability, and experiment with new ways of being. This journey is at the heart of what it means to be fully human.
We will also explore dance-based practices to ground yourself, connect with your body’s energy, and develop breath support. These techniques will empower you to tune into your inner needs, regain a sense of control, and manage fear or anger more effectively.
As every dancer knows, moving rhythmically with others creates a powerful sense of unity and connection, transforming negative experiences into profound healing. Join us, and step into a space where movement becomes a pathway to wholeness.
Creative Embodiment of Healer Archetype
This is a video that was filmed in frame of Imagine Bali - a CONSCIOUS MODERN VISUAL, SOUND & MOVEMENT ART FESTIVAL.
Embodiment of creative archetypes
Artist, Scribe, Poet, Networker (communicator), Gossip, Athlete, Visionary, Pioneer, Dilettante and Engineer
Day 1: The Art of Non-Verbal Communication
Communication is more than words—it's a way to truly understand and connect with one another. Just as we exchange symbols and information through language, movement is another powerful form of communication. On our first day, we'll dive into the world of non-verbal, bodily communication, where energy flows between you and your environment or partner. Dance becomes the space where invitation and reception meet, and communication happens naturally.
To truly understand the people around us, we need to listen—not just with our ears, but with our whole being. This type of listening is an active yet passive state, where we “scan” and feel our partner’s world, sensing their intentions, needs, and actions. But what do we do when communication becomes unclear, when we're unsure of what or how we want to express ourselves? The answer is simple: pause. Connect with yourself through your breath, sharpen your senses, and clarity will return. This is the essence of simplicity, and it applies to dance as well.
It takes time to understand what is happening in your partner's body, mind, and emotions—to sense what they want and need. By embodying different archetypes, we practice alertness and deepen our understanding through non-verbal communication. In this workshop, we'll explore creative archetypes such as the artist, scribe, poet, networker (communicator), and gossip, all of whom are driven by a deep desire to connect and communicate.
Day 2: Awakening the Inner Senses
What sets people apart is how they use their senses. Many are unaware of their inner senses, while others rely on them as much as they do on their physical ones. Creativity blossoms when we sharpen these inner senses. On our second day, we'll delve into the creative archetypes of the athlete, visionary, pioneer, dilettante, and engineer—those who have mastered the art of sensing.
We’ll explore how visuals influence movement and dance, and experience the emotional landscapes that touch can evoke—"I feel myself!" We’ll learn to tune into the melodies of our own bodies, as well as those of our partners and the group, playing with internal rhythms and contrasting the acoustic with the electronic—"I know myself!" We’ll also savor the different flavors of movement—sweetness, acidity, bitterness, and salinity—bringing all our senses to life as we dance. Viva la vida!
Join us for a journey of discovery, where communication and creativity merge, and where every movement is an invitation to explore the depths of connection and expression.
Rosanda Meško
Magdala - holistic healerThank you, Sandra! Very nice feelings and smiles when looking at the photos :) The archetypes have actually come to life through our movement! Wow! And thanks for the interesting interpretations. For me, they are all true! In the 5th house, I had 2 archetypes: a healer and a liberator, which all belong to me. But I danced the liberator. One patient once told me that I am not healing but liberating. ;)
Creative Embodiment of Archetypes
Watch this video and get inspired to indulge in Archetypal Wheel Program to express your most authentic emotions. This archetype video was co-created together with dance and video artists in a frame of artistic residency in Tenerife. In this video, performers focus on articulation of the 7 archetypes and the relationships between them. Clown, Mediator, Artist, Gambler, Saboteur, Victim and Child. Archetypes were selected according to the potentiality of creating interesting dynamics and interaction within the group. It is an instant structured improvisation.
2nd Cycle - Contemplating and Interpreting your Archetypal Wheel
*minimum 6 participants
**only for participants of who finished 1st Cycle of the program
Analysis of personal Archetypal Journal**
3 sessions
Have you ever noticed how the same text can reveal different meanings to you at various stages of your life, or when you’re in different emotional or psychological states? Sometimes, when we revisit something we’ve read before, we discover new insights or understand it in a completely fresh way. This is why, especially when selecting your personal archetypes, it’s crucial to grasp their characteristics and the many dimensions they can embody.
Often, we’re drawn to choose archetypes based on first impressions, associations, or common interpretations. But these initial choices might not capture the full depth and richness of what an archetype can represent. Each archetype resonates uniquely within each person, and it’s easy to be tempted by the archetypes we aspire to or admire, rather than those that truly reflect our inner psychological landscape.
In these workshops, we’ll come together to explore and clarify any uncertainties about the dynamics of the archetypes you’ve chosen. Through collective discussion and reflection, we’ll help you see beyond surface impressions and dig deeper into what these archetypes mean for you personally. An additional questionnaire will guide you in re-evaluating your selections, ensuring they align with your true self.
Join us in this journey of self-discovery, where we’ll uncover the layers of meaning within each archetype and how they manifest uniquely in your life. Together, we’ll explore, question, and illuminate the path to a deeper understanding of your inner world.
Ritual of Casting Archetypes into personal Astrological Chart**
1 session
Together, we'll create a unique personal ritual for each participant—a song, ritual dance, meditation, or other practice—that resonates with the archetypes you've been nurturing over the past four months. This ritual will serve as a powerful tool to support and deepen your connection to these chosen archetypes.
Next, we'll take this journey even further by casting your archetypes into the houses of your natal astrological chart. Each house represents a different area of your life, and placing your archetypes within these houses will offer profound insights into your Sacred Contract. This process will help you understand how these energies are meant to influence and guide you in specific domains of your life, providing a richer, more personalized understanding of your path.
Join us in this sacred exploration, where we weave together ritual, astrology, and archetypal wisdom to illuminate the deeper layers of your personal journey.
Archetypal Dynamics of Planets
1 session
Planets are rich with archetypal energies, revered across cultures for their unique powers and characteristics. In Greek mythology, these celestial bodies are brought to life, embodying both divine and human qualities. In our journey together, we will delve into the profound archetypal dimensions of the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto, Neptune, and Uranus, exploring and embodying the essence each planet holds. This exploration will deepen your connection to these cosmic forces and reveal how their energies can influence and guide your life.
Sandra, thank you for your interpretation. ✨ Just confirmation after confirmation for what I started listening within myself a lot during this period. This inner call. And it will be of great help to me - for exploring myself through astrology it will make many things easier for me! I only read it yesterday, but it just highlighted a lot that was hidden in the shadows.
Enriching 9 pages of description! Really thank you! Very in-depth and I will recommend it to many more. Thanks
Jerneja Tovšak
Wow! Sandra thank you very much!
I read it and I am almost speechless.
If I'll need any further guidance, especially regarding the heroine, I'll get back to you.
And really ... let our energy exchange support us on the path to abundance!

With Sandra, dance became less about an impressive performance for approval and accolades and more about drawing out creative, expressive and emotional movements from a deep dark well within myself. The intention was to tap deep into my own source and bring out as many characters I play everyday without consciously recognizing it. So we worked with the 12 sun signs and 12 related archetypes. I danced in trance like movements as I journeyed through various archetypes- •as a vampire- sucking out all energy from the surroundings to sustain. •as a rebel- breaking the stereotype not to disgrace it but to admit only those elements that served my need. •as a hermit- in need for isolation and withdrawal from society. •as a knight - battling fiercely to rescue and protect the princess within. •as a seductress - seducing and attracting lifeless objects in the most non sexual manner. •as a child (child magical) - forever awestruck by the myriad of sights, sounds, smells and tastes around it. Each cell bursting with life, star gazing bathing in glitter in all it's innocence and just being blissfully joyful about anything and everything. I danced my heart out, everything flowing out naturally and organically. Then came the card "The Lover" and I was asked to describe myself as a person in love.

Once I was finished with my little speech, with a warm smile she said, "okay then, take a good look at yourself and love yourself like you just described loving another. Then dance." I began looking at myself, very very closely. And that moment I felt the most vulnerable. I could see everything I hated about myself that I kept locked and hidden for years. Each scar and bruise I looked at and felt with my fingers turned into sinister grins from those same old dark inner demons. They were grinning at me - "hey there, you're back. Remember us? Remember what we did when you thought no one was looking, when no one was around?" I was fixated on my faults and I froze. I couldn't dance. I didn't know how to. It was as though I had never danced before, all my life. I just stood there, staring at the floor, crying bitterly. It was chaotic. It was turbulent. But it ended with making love to and making peace with those demons. We worked for 2 hours a day for almost a week. It was fun, terrifying,at times frustrating but overall exhilarating. I started out feeling like an empty desert land- barren and parched; but finished off feeling full of resources as though I had found a hidden magical spring that always overflowed with water serving a multitude of purposes and existences - a reason for thriving life.
