ABOUT DANCING ARCHETYPES JOURNEY...
If you sometimes feel like something is boiling deep down your soul, you can't figure it out but want to express it through mindful movement, this 3 days inner journey is providing a loving sanctuary that will safely navigate your emotions into deep and authentic release!
By facilitating a space to unplug for a while and nurture yourself with time to figure out inner turmoil through artful expression and self-exploration, I'm offering you an empowering method that will gently guide you into your intimate world and help you resolve inner tension or conflict, caused by inner dialoguing between archetypes that seek out expression.
Archetypes are universal patterns of behavior and are accessible to us through the illumination of unconscious and imaginal. Through them we develop relationships with our essential being and develop the potential of our soul. They speak to us through realms of poetry, images, metaphor, imagination, art, mythology and religion.
And this is where our journey of deep excavation into depths of our soul will bring up the language you were born knowing into your consciousness, to the surface.

By discovering archetypes as the lenses through which you can perceive the world symbolically, you can identify energies in yourself from a detached point of view and clearly see where your motivations, fears, desires, passions and choices come from; allowing you to then make an informed and conscious decision versus running our lives on “default” mode or live consciously.
This 3 days journey is all about trusting & celebrating your own body intelligence.
You'll get completely immersed in self-exploration by learning about archetypes in motion.
We'll be embodying and dancing archetypes on KAIROS LEVEL OF CONSCIOUSNESS - mythic time of here and now.
Through guided warm up and meditative dance ritual, I walk you to consciously choose and connect with 12 "human" archetypes, which will help you raise your alertness to see the key patterns of power in play and illuminate solutions regarding your momentarily most important issue that seeks resolution.
Come with a particular intention to awaken yourself from this dormant state of being!
Supported by flowing mindfulness, we’ll then surrender to archetypal energies and use various movement tools to activate our inner depths that will enable your archetypal dialogue to express itself through a free & authentic dance form, safe release of emotions and playful dynamic within a group.
Journey leads into collective ritualized dance event, in which each participant is encouraged to express dynamics of archetypes in his own particular way of moving & playing - individually, in pairs and within a group.
I realized a new dimension of personal perception of this sacred world around us. It was the first time I systematically went into exploring my personality traits in a very useful way and I think I now have an immediate“soul” map that I can turn to in the moment when I need orientation. For the most part, I find that the greatest value of your program lies in the use of dance that really comes across archetypes. In this way, everything has touched me in more and more personal way. A unique and easier way to internalize and remember than if you just stuck your head in the paper.

This journey welcomes Every-Body seeking self-actualization through expressive dynamics of archetypes, music and dance!
Truly inspiring & explorative platform for creative entrepreneurs, artists, body workshop facilitators, alternative & art therapists and movement explorers.
No need for previous Dance experience or knowledge of archetypes to attend.
These playful sessions can be done by “any- body” regardless of your dancing background. Sessions combine knowledge of Archetypes, Contact dance, Breathing and mindful movement techniques.
Exploring archetypes through movement will encourage you to open up your sensations and emphasize your ability to follow the body’s organic intelligence and the need to move freely without obstacles. Sessions will be facilitated by a professional Dance Artist and Certified Archetypal Consultant Sandra Anais with extra time for self exploration, discovery and creation.

Formulating the intention/ question on which you’ll work and conscious choice of 12 archetypes that will help you bring into awareness power patterns in play (regarding your issue). Ritual of casting your chart - placing archetypes into your astrological houses.

After 20 years of focus in martial arts my body started to demand something different and the path brought me to the Archetype Embodyment workshop where I was enabled for the first time to listen to myself and start journey inward. We can understand and interpret archetypes with our mind (left brain). But working through body - movement - can bring us to more holistic experience, deeper understanding, which activates right hemisphere of our brain.
Recognizing archetypes within yourself demands alertness and attention.

When we work with embodiment of archetypes, we somehow unravel complex and difficult features of our natures.
