If you sometimes feel like something is boiling deep down your soul and you can't figure it out, but want to express it through mindful movement, this 4 days inner journey is providing a loving sanctuary that will safely navigate your emotions into deep and authentic release!
By facilitating a space to unplug for a while and nurture yourself with time to figure out inner turmoil through artful expression and archetypal self-exploration, I'm offering you an empowering method that will gently guide you into your intimate world and help you resolve inner tension or conflict, caused by inner dialoguing between archetypes that seek out expression.
Archetypes are universal patterns of behavior and are accessible to us through the illumination of unconscious and imaginal. Through them we develop relationships with our essential being and develop the potential of our soul. They speak to us through realms of poetry, images, metaphor, imagination, art, mythology and religion.
And this is where our journey of deep excavation into depths of our soul will bring up the language you were born knowing into your consciousness, to the surface.

By discovering archetypes as the lenses through which you can perceive the world symbolically, you can identify energies in yourself from a detached point of view and clearly see where your motivations, fears, desires, passions and choices come from.

Through guided warm up and meditative dance ritual, I walk you to consciously choose and connect with 12 "human" archetypes, which will help you raise your alertness to see the key patterns of power in play and illuminate solutions regarding your momentarily most important issue that seeks resolution.

Supported by flowing mindfulness, we’ll then surrender to archetypal energies and use various movement tools to activate our inner depths that will enable your archetypal dialogue to express itself through a free & authentic dance form, safe release of emotions and playful dynamic within a group.
Journey leads into collective ritualized dance event, in which each participant is encouraged to express dynamics of archetypes in his own particular way of moving & playing - individually, in pairs and within a group.
Your workshop has been one of the most beautiful experiences in recent years. Everything was perfect.The group that came together was great; we connected nicely, so different but at the same time so similar in finding answers.House in the middle of beautiful nature, situated among forests and with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. At night you heard only the beating of a heart and the noise of a nearby stream.Sleeping in the attic, where we were close to countless stars, was a crazy experience.Warm and sunny weather so we could set the table on the lawn and become part of the orchard.Great cook and great food, which is a rarity nowadays (except at home).Walking up the river and swimming in the pool, barefoot, naked - priceless! I signed up for the workshop by feeling, I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. It’s really magical that you don’t know what’s going to happen, but you trust that you’re completely safe. Browsing through your feelings is not easy, you have to have the courage ... and someone to help you recognize the fears and other clutter that has accumulated over the years and face them. You, Sandra, have been wonderful! You helped us gently but firmly. Music and dance open the heart, along with archetypes it is the perfect combination! Our intention, expressed at the end, echoes in my ears, thanking us for our wonderful adventure - to meet next time in Bali. Bali was our red thread and I believe it will take us there when the time comes. I wait patiently.

These playful sessions can be done by “any- body” regardless of your dancing background. Sessions combine knowledge of Archetypes, Contact dance, Breathing and mindful movement techniques.

The most important insight that I gained through the process was how important, empowering and healing it is to show and share my vulnerability,my flaws, my, doubts and fears, my strength, my light and weirdness with others and in front of others. Though being quite a lone wolf, it was important for me to be in a safe, and secure open environment with like hearted people who mirror you, give you honest and constructive feedback, where you can be yourself and are not being judged- introduce yourself through your body and your movement first - Trust! wow! - how much I looooooooooooooooooove dancing, moving expressing through my body!!! During these days I felt like i was fully aligned with myself after a longer period again: I gained so much inspiration and motivation and confidence about being who I am back. And got pointed out where to work on and look closer also on not so favourite topics. Its a wonderful and revealing blend of embodying and working with your personal astrology background and Archetypes which are placeholders for certain Characteristics that can support you on your journey, your understanding of yourself and life - of how´s and why´s. Expressing it through our body and the wisdom gives you the chance to cast off being stuck in the mind and overthinking or even directing from there.

We can understand and interpret archetypes with our mind (left brain). But working through body - movement - can bring us to more holistic experience, deeper understanding, which activates right hemisphere of our brain.
Recognising archetypes within yourself demands alertness and attention.
To bring them into awareness and embodiment demands training.
When we work with embodiment of archetypes, we somehow unravel hidden and vulnerable features of our natures.
When we dance our archetypes, we recognise and embrace our vulnerabilities and habitual movements. In this way we better understand them and navigate more smoothly through their relationship dynamics.
By the end of this journey, through an artful combination of learning & exploring archetypes through medium of body and movement, you will have de-stressed from city life, learned to trust your body's innate intelligence, and gained all the symbolic perspectives and insights to your current issue that help maintain the harmony of mind, body and spirit!
